Service Description

Doula Services include unlimited labor and delivery support plus up to 25 hours of prenatal, and post-natal services to expectant families. Consultations include labor preparation (including birth plan) for parents and siblings, newborn care, breastfeeding, proper nutrition and recovery. Also included are sound healing sessions, birthing playlist, guided meditations and visualizations, and pain management techniques.
